What does the abbreviation GN stand for?

GN, or rather NG, stands for "Nordic Gold", meaning "Nordic Gold".
It was from this alloy that commemorative 2 zloty coins were made at the Mint of Warsaw in the years 1995 - 2014. However, this alloy does not contain gold as its chemical composition is CuAl5Zn5Sn1 (i.e. copper, zinc, aluminum and tin).
